Notre mission, c'est d'encourager toutes les femmes qui souhaitent se mettre au sport, ou qui en font déjà. On crée aussi du contenu humoristique sur les réseaux sociaux pour rendre le sport plus accessible et montrer que c'est du plaisir, tout en étant déter. Le plus important pour nous, c'est de passer un bon moment.

This group is mainly for women in a very broad sense. The idea is to encourage those who already run or who might want to get into sport. I also post a lot of funny content online, because it shows you can be super motivated without forgetting that the most important thing is still to have a good time.
