RALLY – London’s Beloved Homegrown Festival Returns to Southwark Park
It's hard to believe RALLY festival is only three years old—the sheer impact it has had in its short life has made it feel like a long-standing fixture.
Masterminded by the team behind GALA and Bird On The Wire, RALLY felt like a breath of fresh air when it first launched in 2023. Taking place in Southwark Park with a distinctly grassroots vibe, the one-day fest brings together a specific community simply united by music - with a line up that showcased the best of the city's diverse artistry.
Thanks to a track record of solid line ups (with the likes of Erika de Casier, Kelly Lee Owens, Mt Kimbie, bar italia and Nilüfer Yanya), the festival has built up a name and buzz around it, established as a must-go-to event in the packed London calendar. Yet despite its rise, it's refusal to compromise on it's community has kept RALLY welcoming spirit intact.
At a time where music lovers have to investigate lists of festivals linked to unethical investors and scrutinise the values of their sponsors, RALLY stands out like a beacon. Unfortunately, music events that puts people before capital is becoming an ever increasing rarity, which is what makes the event an exceptional addition to the city's music scene.
This year features live performances by Moin, Bassvictim, AMORE alongside DJ sets from OK Williams, Sophie McAlister and FAUZIA. Local heroes Speakers Corner Quartet will play a special one-off tribute to late cellist Arthur Russell.
RALLY takes place on August 23, 2025. Tickets can be purchased here.
