"South London’s chef Sohini really puts Bengali food on the map with her home based supper clubs. She’s back for her final half of her April nights with a spring menu that she describes as an ode to her 'recent stay in Kolkata and to watching the season change!' I love that the menu is no waste and entirely seasonal too."
