Release Party: AGE, SEX LOCATION Photo Book
New Currency is excited to help release AGE, SEX LOCATION, a photography book by Toronto based artist, SAEM. AGE, SEX, LOCATION, is a book about solidifying relationships beyond digital barriers. Whether or not we pursue those relationships, we should seek to explore them and find deeper meanings in them.
The event will consist of an artist talk moderated by Kazeem Kuteyi, founder of New Currency, a film screening and DJ sets.

Exhibition: Between the Seams
Between the Seams' is a collaboration with curators Larry Ossei-Mensah and Paul Anthony Smith. The artists in the show work in painting, sculpture and installation and will respond to the central concept of ‘interstices’ as a mechanism to inspire, contextualise and guide the creation and presentation of contemporary art.

Event: Solidarity With Gaza @ Colour Factory
N'Orient presents an emergency fundraiser at Colour Factory in broadcasting partnership with Radio Alhara and Radio Flouka coordinated by N'Orient - an outfit building creative collaboration and solidarity between SWANA-based and diaspora DJs through the respective underground.
100% of proceeds will be donated to Medical Aid for Palestinians and Palestine Red Crescent Society to fund urgent relief for Gaza.
