The best museum for contemporary art. Probably one of the best in Europe, so if you're in Amsterdam you should go check it out.

A gallery from South Africa. They have a small space in the Netherlands and they represent cool artists such as Simphiwe Ndzube, Neo Matloga and Viviane Sassen. It's a small gallery so it's hard to find, but it's really great and in the middle of Amsterdam's centre.

The best gallery in Amsterdam in terms of how it started, but they are also playing on the international field. They’re in NYC and London and they show really great contemporary art.

A photography museum. It's also a beautiful building so if you don’t like the photos you can appreciate the space. It's on the canals, one of the townhouses in Amsterdam. The art is really beautiful.


Not everyone can go here all the time, but they sometimes have open days and open studios where you can see cool stuff and spot a lot of new talent.
