Nilotpal Das is a Kolkata-based musician who taught himself production at 16 by watching YouTube tutorials. After a while DJing in the Kolkata's underground circuit, his music shifted towards instrumental and performance-oriented pieces, giving way to Bios Contrast—a solo project that tells stories through sonic pieces, real events, physical objects and natural phenomena.
