Chuck George

Chuck George blends classics from the United States with Asian flavours, inspired by his Filipino-American heritage. Born in Rhode Island and raised in Virgina, Chuck's culinary journey began in New York, where he worked with a number of venues, first as a marketing creative before getting into the kitchen.

In March 2022, he brought his Asian-American style to Milan, launching Chuck's restaurant, known for its signature 'no modifications' girdle burger. Following the success, Chuck has expanded into Rome, Paris and Madrid.
