Jenny Phung
Jenny Phung pivoted to cooking in 2016 after dabbling in the creative industry. Ling is Jenny’s Chinese name and Ling Ling stuck as an endearing family nickname into adulthood. Ling Ling’s is rooted in personal and cultural narrative, with the mission of subverting British expectations of Chinese food. Ling Ling’s has held a number of kitchen takeovers across London including at The Gun, Bambi and The Bluecoats. Jenny holds a year’s chef residency at Godet.
