Chet Lo's Ibiza Travel Essentials

For those who don’t know (yet), Chet Lo is one of London’s fastest-rising designers – quite literally. His designs are outta this planet, using innovative knitwear techniques with his signature spikes weaved across pieces that look as fit for a mission to the galaxy as they do any dancefloor worth its merit.

Having graduated from Central Saint Martins two years ago, Lo – who was born in New York – was quickly picked up by Fashion East, presenting two hell-raising collections before deciding to go it alone earlier this year, when he presented his first solo show during London Fashion Week. Already, Lo’s formed something of a cult; find yourself at any sexy shindig on any given night in the capital and amongst the crowd will be Lo’s fruity tops, dresses, leg warmers and mini skirts – as fruity as they are sweetly subversive, and stretchy enough to pull some serious shapes.

No one quite wears the brand like Lo, though. He’s his very-own brand ambassador, so what better place to show us all how it’s done than in the newly-opened hotspot, The Standard Ibiza, where he spent last weekend shaking a leg (and nursing a hangover)?
