With our bi-weekly mixes returning, we have British-Hong Kong DJ, Miki Mak.

We present NTS resident and Trippin fam, Miki Mak, who's based between London, Glasgow and Hong Kong. Miki Mak has been behind some of the most iconic underground music events around the globe in the past 10 years. Producing and curating shows in over 27 countries with line-ups featuring artists such as ASAP Mob, Action Bronson, Gilles Peterson and Snoop Dogg to name a few.

Tell us about the theme for your Trippin mix, where do you imagine this mix being played?

Sunrise + Sunset - I can sometimes go a bit eclectic/niche with my shows and this mix was a mood, made for chillin', cruising or bumping around a city on your own. I've been lucky to travel the world with my work and experience many different cultures, which is where some of my most cherished memories come from, musically and personally.

Can you share a favourite music-related travel memory?

Being accepted into a Favela, peacefully and with love and able to document music, incredible people + dancing in Brazil. Probably one of the most vibes parties I've been to.

What's a place you're most looking forward to visiting?

Can't wait for another mini tour of Asia again. See my friends and family, sit on a beach, eat my favorite foods. This trip got postponed before lockdown, so I'm v ready.
