Afrosynth Records

"There's a guy called Dj Okapi running that. He deals with people like 'Awesome Tapes from Africa' and sells that very authentic African music."

Vinyl lifestyle

"Some homies of mine still pushing vinyl"

Constitution Hill

"Used to be a woman's prison in the apartheid days but it’s now a monument. They host events there and its very nice."

And Club

"In South Africa, we’ve got a tendency of putting a lot of couches and sofas in clubs and sometimes you miss when it’s just a sound system and dance floor. And club is one of those very few raw clubs that you get. It's a proper night club you know."

Kitcheners Carvery Bar

"Has a nice dance floor. They’re very open minded and book a lot of underground DJ’s and musicians."
